Initial Enquiry
It all starts with an email or phone call directly with Hannah. Simply get in touch 7 days a week.

Try and include as much detail as possible at this stage. Hannah will personally match you with the best tutor to advance the students learning, depending on requirements and budget.

First Lesson
Clients book a first session with their chosen tutor following the initial consultation.

Our experienced tutors provide clear explanations using examples, diagrams and step-by step processes.

Matching
After your enquiry, Hannah will personally handpick a tutor suited to your particular request.

We believe that quality tutoring is down to each tutor specialising in a single area. This means our tutors are masters in tutoring at their level. We will select a tutor for you based on their specialisation.

Feedback
We will contact you after the first lesson to check how the lesson went, and to provide information on the lesson content.

At this stage, students usually book in weekly sessions. If you are not satisfied, you are under no obligation to continue lessons and you are able to try lessons with a different tutor.

Free Consultation & Assessment
During this 15 minute consultation, the tutor will spend some time getting to know the student, assessing their current level and determining their unique needs and goals, to plan for future sessions.

Regular Check-Ins
Tutors submit a report after each session which is shared with us. The report details the topic covered in each lesson, as well as the students strengths and development areas.

Hannah will personally update you on a monthly basis regarding the student's progress and any next steps.
